Frozen Shoulder

should be renamed.

It turns out that the soreness and stiffness and immobility issues I have been experiencing with my left shoulder over the past months, is called Frozen Shoulder (adhesive capsulitis is the medical term).

I’m not happy.

There is no clear cause - except that I’m a woman between 40 and 60, and thus the recipient of a plethora of hormonal-imbalance induced aches and pains. This one is going to take a looong time to get better, and there’s not much I can do about it.

Except renaming it.
