Yup, my Love Language is definitely Comics.

I recently introduced the readers of this newsletter to Zina - but I already made her into one of my comic characters years ago, when I let her move in with Minnie and Mia, the lesbian couple whose adventures I’ve been drawing since 2004:

Drawing real people in your comics can be tricky - but in Zina’s case it worked out great! Especially because these comics help her cause of destigmatising sex work. She’s also an educator at the Prostitution Information Center in the Amsterdam Red Light District, where Yiri and I visited her to listen to her talk - and I made that into this Minnie & Mia comic:
