Around 2011, my husband and I had our DNA sequenced.

I made this comic about it, as chapter for my graphic novel about Science:

Full disclosure: the company we had our DNA sequenced was… 23andme!

Yes, the same one that filed for bankruptcy last month and may now sell their data to pay off debts!

We hastened to delete our data…

…but not before downloading them, of course!

So if anyone is interested in cloning us or building our children, drop us a line and we’ll send you a looooong list of letters and numbers (which is basically what we’re made out of, ostensibly).
